The pandemic has been a defining moment in ways we don’t yet fully know. Jesus’ baptism is a defining moment for him, and for the community. It marks him as God’s beloved Son, the bearer of God’s promise. We all “pass through the waters,” rediscover ourselves, and remember that we, too, are God’s beloved.
This service is also scheduled to include the ordination and installation of church officers.
