It’s always a bit of a stretch, right? We get all into our Advent mode and kind of pretend that Jesus hasn’t come yet, so we can anticipate Jesus coming. How can two things be true at once? Jesus has come and we’re expecting Jesus to come. People of faith, the church, are required to live in two worlds at the same time. Advent is our season to practice. Maybe Schrödinger’s Cat can help.
