It’s All Saints’ Sunday, and it’s not just for Catholics anymore. In fact it’s not even just for “saints” anymore. Saints are not just those designated by the Pope (though they are those) or those holier-than-us. They are those seeking to be faithful in the here and now and in the ordinary, as well as those who have gone before and are at rest. We take our place among them as grateful beneficiaries of God’s glorious grace, doing our part to make the world a little better place.
