God is shaking the foundations. Our assumptions and presumptions are freshly under scrutiny. Most of us are now experiencing the helplessness and harassment that many of us have always felt. Jesus always moves toward the harassed and helpless, with compassion, healing, and good news. It’s what God does in the world, and what the church does as Christ’s presence in the world. We’re not going back, we’re going forward.
