“Closer Than Your Own Heart”
We imagine a far off God sitting in a far off throne. Instead the Bible tells us that God is nearer to us than we know. The Song of Songs invites us to be a lover of God. For Jesus says, his is gentle and humble in heart, and his yoke is easy and his burden is light.
