We’re not suggesting Communism, but we might be suggesting “commonism.” According to Acts 2 the early church held all things in common. What might look like for us today, especially in a time of social distance and isolation? Some have suggested that the U.S., maybe the world, has never been more polarized. It’s difficult to identify a common life or common good, let alone hold all things common. The good news is, well, the Good News. While not always succeeding, the church can offer a compelling vision of common life across divisive barriers.
Worship continues virtually at the Reedville Church, Sundays at 9:30 am. For a Zoom invitation send a note to [email protected].
